Our Sweet Dreams Essential Oil Blend contains 100% pure essential oils of Cedarwood, Lavender and Orange to assist with getting a great night's rest. Ideal for use in diffusers, massage products, inhalations or sleep pillows.

Cedarwood has a grounding effect to calm nervous tension, balance an upset nervous system.

Sweet Orange has an uplifting and calming nature, perfect to soothe stress, low mood, nervous tension and sleeplessness (can be helpful for children with nightmares).

Lavender calms nervous tension and acts as a gentle sedative to aid sleep and ease agitation and irritability. Perfect for stress and tension headaches

Packaging: 10ml amber glass bottle with dripulator.
