Our Low-Waste Shipping Philosophy

At 7th Cloud, we believe every part of your order — including the packaging — should reflect our commitment to sustainability

  • We pack orders using reused and recycled materials whenever we can — thank you for supporting low-waste shipping.
  • You may receive your parcel in a thoughtfully repurposed box or recycled bag — always clean, safe, and carefully packed. 
  • We also use shipping bags made from recycled plastic — a durable, lower-impact option that helps keep materials in use.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

New Zealand Delivery:

     Free Delivery: Postal Codes 7910 and 7912

     Urban: Standard Tracked - $7.50 NZD
                  Courier & Signature - $9.00 NZD

     Rural: Rural Tracked - $13.00 NZD
                 Rural Courier & Signature - $17.40 NZD

International Delivery:

All delivery options are based on Economy Shipping Rates and for orders not heavier than 2.5kg and not more than NZ$250 of product value.

Please note, that Tracking is available to most, but not all, Countries/Regions on Economy Shipping.
