Sweet Orange has an uplifting and calming nature, perfect to soothe stress, low mood, nervous tension and sleeplessness (can be helpful for children with nightmares).
Lavender calms nervous tension and acts as a gentle sedative to aid sleep and ease agitation and irritability. Perfect for stress and tension headaches
How to Use: Apply Sleep Roll-On to the temples and pulse points, across the back of the neck and shoulders and bottom of the feet to encourage calm and restful sleep. Avoid highly sensitive areas such as the eyes.
