Pink Grapefruit oil helps uplift and refresh the mind, sharpen the senses and promote alertness. Helpful during times of exhaustion, low mood or stress especially associated with mental fatigue.
Patchouli is a grounding and calming oil, great for a scattered, spacey or overthinking mind or anyone in need of slowing down, helps to ease anxiousness and balance unstable moods.
Rose Geranium promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and uplifts mood, helps restore balance and a sense of stability during times of stress. Its calming and uplifting action helps to ease nervous tension and irritability, instilling a sense of steadiness and strength.
Lavender calms nervous tension and acts as a gentle sedative to aid sleep and ease agitation and irritability. Perfect for stress and tension headaches
