Patchouli is a grounding and calming oil, great for a scattered, spacey or overthinking mind or anyone in need of slowing down, helps to ease anxiousness and balance unstable moods.
Rose Geranium promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and uplifts mood, helps restore balance and a sense of stability during times of stress. Its calming and uplifting action helps to ease nervous tension and irritability, instilling a sense of steadiness and strength.
Lavender calms nervous tension and acts as a gentle sedative to aid sleep and ease agitation and irritability. Perfect for stress and tension headaches
How to Use: Apply to the temples and along your forehead (near hairline and avoiding eyes), to the base of the skull and behind ears and pulse points, across the back of the neck and shoulders. Avoid highly sensitive areas such as the eyes. Re-apply hourly if needed.
