Ingredients we used:

Magnesium Epsom Salt helps relax muscles and relieve pain, stabilize mood and relieve stress, anxiety and depression.

Sea Salt can stimulate circulation, ease muscle cramps, help relieve stiffness in joints, aid with arthritis or back pain, and soothe achy, overworked legs and feet.

Peppermint Essential Oil has cooling and relieving action and great in foot rubs or foot baths.

 How to use:

• Use between 1-2 heaped tablespoons, depending on your preference, of salts and put in Foot Bath

• Run your hands back and forth in the tub water to agitate the water which will help dissolve salts.

Care instructions: Keep dry, cool and sealed when not in use. Use within 6 months of purchase.
