Our Breathe Easy Essential Oil Blend contains 100% pure essential oils of Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Lemon to support immune system, clearer airways and easier breathing.

Breathe Easy can be used in steam inhalations, aromatherapy inhalers or diffusers, or it can be diluted in a carrier oil, cream, lotion or unscented massage wax and applied topically to the chest, back or bottom of the feet.

For steam inhalations add 3-4 drops of essential oil to a bowl of boiling water. Place your head over the bowl and cover with a towel to seal in the vapor. Close your eyes and inhale deeply for at least 5 minutes.

If you can't do a steam inhalation pop a few drops into an aromatherapy inhaler, or onto a tissue. To use the inhaler, hold one nostril closed and place the tip of the inhaler just underneath the other nostril. Breathe in deeply and slowly through the nose then repeat on the other side. If using a tissue, simply hold over your nose and mouth and breathe as deeply as you can, taking care not to get the essential oil onto your skin.

For a back or chest vapor rub add up to 5 drops of essential oil to 15ml of carrier oil
